First injury - poor baby scratched her forehead and made it bleed in the middle of the night. Those tiny baby nails are just too sharp!

Catching up with her zoo animals!It has been too, too hot here, so we have been doing a lot of playing inside! I can't wait until the weather is a little nicer so we can get out during the day a little easier. Annabelle hates to be hot, just like her mama!

Lacey, your blog is beautiful. I get the RSS feed in my inbox and I am always so delighted when I have a new blog post to read from you. You all look so happy. That is so wonderful! The days go by too fast. I cherish those times with Anna.
Ella took naps in her swing for 6 months! I said I wouldn't do that, but I just got to a point where I'd rather her take a 1.5 hour nap in the swing, than a 30 minute in the crib. But, then she started reaching and pulling on the leaves hanging over head, so it was time to transition to the crib.
