Annabelle, you are ten months old!
- You give kisses! If I say, "give mama a kiss", you will open your mouth wide, stick out your tongue and kiss me. It is so precious and it makes my day! You also give kisses to daddy and your dolls.
- You love to feed yourself. You will tolerate being fed from your baby spoon, but you aren't very happy about it now. Recent favorites have included: bagels, brocolli, turkey, cheddar cheese, corn, chicken casserole, blueberries, and tortillas.
- You laugh all of the time! When you want us to laugh or to get our attention, you do a fake laugh with your mouth wide open.
- This past week you had some really great nights of sleep - not waking up until 6:30am. It has been wonderful after a month or two of waking up almost every night! You wake up happy most of the time now. We hear you over the monitor playing or saying "Da Da Da" - love it!- You can say dada, mama, and nana. You mostly say dada. You know that your daddy is dada, but you also say it a lot when he isn't home. This weekend, you went through Target singing "da da da da da" as loud as you could.
- You are a very early riser and you are out by 6:30 at the latest every night.
- You had a lot of sick days during month nine.
- You have a lovey that you are very attached to now. When we put you in your crib, you burrow your face in it and go right to sleep.
- You love looking at books, swinging, taking walks, being thrown around by your daddy, and balloons.
- Still no teeth! You have one that has been trying to come in for several weeks, but no luck yet!
- You have learned what "no" and "not safe" mean. Many times now if I say "no baby, not safe", you will stop and crawl back to me. Of course, then you get tons of kisses and praise - which you love!
We cannot even express how much we love and adore you. We get so much joy from being your mama and daddy! You are a dream come true!

She sounds so much like Madison!!! The affection, loving the lovey, bedtime at 6:30, going right to sleep, and sadly, all the sick days!! We miss y'all. I hope we can see you soon!
